WHAT IS KOMBUCHA

Kombucha is a sweet and sour drink made from tea infusion and sugar extract fermented by a culture of yeast and bacteria. The drink has been consumed for thousands of years, containing probiotics, postbiotics, antioxidants, and antimicrobials.


At HI KOMBUCHA, the magic begins with the selection of the organic tea leaf blend, the fermentation of organic cane sugar with a high-quality culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY), and the enrichment with medicinal herbs, spices, and fruit concentrates.

The result - a refreshing, delicious and carbonated drink, rich in organic acids.

 

Each HI KOMBUCHA drink is fermented in the traditional way in small batches for several weeks, without artificial sweeteners and without added preservatives.
